지원자격(Qualifications):
1) 남침례교 교단에서 인정하는 정규 신학교 Mdiv. 과정을 졸업하신 분
2) 합법적으로 Full-Time 사역이 가능하신 분
3) 우대사항: 이중언어 우대 (영어,한국어), 현장목회경험
Bilingual ability (Preferred), on-site pastoral experience

Youth Pastor of Germantown Korean Baptist Church
Germantown Korean Baptist Church (GKBC) affiliated with the SBC (Southern Baptist Convention) and located in Memphis, TN, is seeking to hire a full time Pastor who    will serve as Youth pastor and administration Korean congregation.

Status: Full-Time, Salaried

Position and Responsibilities (1 position)
1) Provide overall spiritual leadership and direction for the Youth Ministry (YM), serving students in grades 6–12
- will work to establish and cultivate the community building in youth ministry through discipleship & student leadership.
2) Small group leader for EM congregation
3) General duties as an Assistant Pastor of GKBC.
4) Relational Leadership: Take the initiative to build relationships, reach out to unchurched people, and strengthen discipleship across the congregation.
Qualifications:
1) Graduated from an accredited seminary with an M.Div. degree recognized by SBC
2) Eligible for full-time ministry
3) Preferred qualifications: Bilingual in English and Korean, on-site pastoral experience
