Job description
• Responsible for providing comprehensive medical care within your specialty to
patients. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Managing a primary care panel of patients daily to improve their health by working
with team members and employing population health strategies
• Providing medical patient care by interviewing, examining, and treating clinical patients
• Educating patients and families on wellness, prevention and early detection. Providing
referrals based on examination and patient needs.
• Participating in quality improvement, management, continuing education, and patient
care programs.
• Assisting in the resolution of complaints, requests, and inquiries from patients.
• Completing medical records (EMR) documentation daily.
• Covering night calls as needed
Qualifications
• Requires an MD or DO degree
• Requires a valid DEA license
• Requires current unrestricted license to practice medicine in California

Broker Relations 담당자는 메디케어 보험 Agents들과 협력과 소통을 통해
의료진분들과 관계를 강화하는 역할을 담당합니다.
의료진분들과 에이전트와의 미팅을 만들고 다양한 이벤트 행사 참여하여
지원하는 업무 수행을 하게됩니다.
자격 요건
보험 에이전트 또는 관련 분야에서의 경험 우대
뛰어난 대인 관계 및 의사소통
의료 또는 메디케어 보험에 산업에 대한 기본 이해
다양한 행사 및 미팅에서 능동적으로 참여할 수 있는 적극적인 태도

Adult Day Care Staff Hiring
1. Program Director (Full-Time)
The center must have a full-time Program Director responsible for overall program operations,
regulatory compliance, and staff supervision.
Qualifications (per CBAS requirements):
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related human services field and at
least 1 year of management experience, OR
Minimum 3 years of human services experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or
managerial role.
Experience working with elderly or chronically ill adults preferred
Strong knowledge of Title 22 and CBAS regulations
2. Registered Nurse (Part-Time; Must Meet Ratio Requirements)
Handles medical assessments, medication monitoring, and coordination with the care team.
Required credentials:
Active California RN license
Current BLS/CPR certification
Must meet staffing requirement of 1 RN per 40 participants
Geriatric or chronic disease experience preferred
3. Therapists & Dietitian (Part-Time / Contract)
We may hire contractors who come in once or twice a week depending on participant needs.
Roles include:
Physical Therapist (PT)
Occupational Therapist (OT)
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Registered Dietitian (RD)
Required credentials:
Current California license in respective discipline
Experience with adult day health, geriatrics, or rehab settings preferred
RDs must be licensed through the Commission on Dietetic Registration
4. Program Aide (Full-Time)
Provides hands-on assistance with daily living activities and supports nursing staff.
Required credentials:
CNA, HHA, or equivalent caregiving certification
Experience assisting with ADLs such as bathing, feeding, toileting, and mobility
Must complete mandated CBAS training (infection control, elder abuse reporting, etc.)
CPR/BLS preferred
5. Activity Coordinator (Full-Time)
Responsible for planning and conducting structured daily activities for all participants.
Required credentials:
Bachelor’s degree in recreation therapy, therapeutic recreation, occupational therapy, or
related field
Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) preferred
Strong background in activity planning for elderly or disabled adults
