Good Shepherd Evangelical Church YOUTH PASTOR

Half Time (part-time availably Purpose:
Good Shepherded Evangelical Church, located
in Springfield, VA is seeking a half-time (or part-time) youth pastor to
shepherd our youth ministry. GSEC has rapidly grown over the last nine years.
With the increasing numbers of EM families, we are praying for a pastor who has
a calling for teaching the gospel and mentoring our next generation.
Qualification:
Currently Seminary students, BD in
Christian Ministry, M. Div.
2-3 years teaching experience in Youth,
Ministry English/Korean bilingual preferred
Musical ability would be plus
Responsibilities:
Adhere to GSEC Church's statements of
belief, philosophy, vision and mission statements)
Lead weekly Sunday worship service and
preaching in English
Weekly Friday night activity Attend weekly
pastoral staff meeting
Plan/Coordinate activities, retreats,
annual VBS and summer mission trip
Partner with youth director and PTA
Salary:
Half-time pastor from $2000 to $3000 per
month plus ministry reimbursements Part-Time pastor from $1500 to $2000 per
month plus ministry reimbursements
(Salary will be based on education and
experience of applicant)
