Presbyterian Church is seeking a part-time Education Pastor (All-Stars, 3rd-5thgrade) with passion and vision for children’s ministry.
- 1. Ministry
A.
Plan
and Lead all aspects of All Stars Ministry (3rd-5thgrade)
(1) Lead and preach for Friday/Sunday
Worship
(2) Administrative duties
(3) Discipleship for the students (Bible
Study, Evangelism Explosion, etc.)
(4) Recruit and train teachers/volunteers
(5) Other ministry related duties
B.
Lead
and plan for VBS
C. Co-plan and Co-lead Education Departments-wide special events (Graduation Service, Hallelujah Night, Christmas Presentation, etc.
2. Qualifications
A.
Have
a passion for Jesus and a love for Children’s ministry
B.
Currently
enrolled in or completed M.Div. or other related master’s degree programs
(e.g., MA in Christian Education, MA in Theology) at an accredited seminary
C.
Must
have visa/citizenship status to work legally in the states
D.
Must
be fluent in English
E.
A
commitment to the Arumdaun’s 6 week-long Summer Camp Pastor position (a
seasonal ministry) is preferred
