Youth Pastor Position
Position
- Part-time
- Youth Ministry (Middle School & High School)
Qualifications:
- A committed follower of Jesus Christ with a vibrant personal faith.
- A heart for discipling and mentoring youth.
- Graduate of an accredited seminary or currently enrolled in a Master
of Divinity (M.Div.) or equivalent theological degree program.
- Previous experience in youth ministry is preferred.
- Able to preach and teach God's Word in English. Korean language
ability is helpful but not required.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead weekly youth worship services and Bible studies.
- Develop and oversee youth discipleship and outreach programs.
- Build meaningful relationships with students and their families.
- Recruit, train, and support volunteer teachers and ministry leaders.
- Collaborate with the pastoral staff and church leadership in
fulfilling the church's mission.
Compensation
Salary
iscommensurate with experience and qualifications.

지원 자격

- 청소년 사역 경험이 있는 분을 우대합니다.

담당 사역
- 주일 청소년 예배 및 성경공부 인도
- 청소년 제자훈련 및 전도 프로그램 기획과 운영
- 학생들과 가정을 위한 목회적 돌봄 및 관계 형성
- 교사와 자원봉사 리더를 모집하고 훈련하며 지원
- 담임목사 및 교회 리더십과 협력하여 교회의 사명을 함께 이루어 감
