Roles and Responsibilities:
● Plan and lead all aspects of the English Ministry (includes elementary, youth, and young adults)
○ Lead Sunday worship
○ Disciple students and members
○ Recruit and train teachers/volunteers
○ Manage ministry-related administrative duties
● Plan and lead special events
○ e.g., graduation service, VBS,retreats, trips, etc.
Qualifications:
● Currently enrolled in or have completed an M.Div. or other related theological master’s degree at an accredited evangelical seminary.
● Must be fluent in English. Korean proficiency is preferred, but not required.
● Able to teach in a gospel-centered manner.
● Has a gospel-centered philosophy of ministry.
