EM Pastor (w/Youth Group focus)

First Korean Presbyterian Church of San Antonio
First Korean Presbyterian Church of San Antonio (“FKPCSA”) is a Bible-Centered church
located in San Antonio, Texas.
We are currently seeking a full-time EM Pastor who can oversee, lead, and develop all
aspects of the ministry for English-speaking Adults and Youths.
Our Youth Group (6th-12th) is comprised of 20 precious students and our adult EM congregation is comprised of 30 members (married couples and singles).
Qualifications:

A life consistent with the Biblical qualifications of a shepherding elder found in 1
Timothy 3, Titus 1, and 1 Peter 5
-
Above reproach and seeks personal holiness
-
Spiritually maintains his family (a good husband and father)
-
Able to teach and defend sound doctrine
-
Self-controlled, respectable, and hospitable
-
Assent to Our Vision and Beliefs – FKPCSA.
-
Master of Divinity at an ATS-accredited institution
-
Ordained in a conservative evangelical denomination
-
Previous experience in full-time ministry preferred, however not required.
Responsibilities:
-
Actively participate in the life of the church as a shepherd, teacher and leader
-
Oversee Lord’s Day Worship on Sundays, preside over public worship, preaching,
and shepherding duties

Meet regularly with the leadership of the church for training, planning, and
discipleship.

Hold office hours onsite during weekdays for study and visitations

Present at church events, functions, and special services
