JOB DEscRIPTION - YOUTH MINISTRY PASTOR
The Little Flock Church of New York is seeking a part time Pastor of Youth Ministry. The Pastor of Youth Ministry will provide leadership and shepherding care for children and their families from 6-12th grade.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A call to pastoral ministry and passion working with Youth
2. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Ministry
3. Preferably bilingual - English required & Korean fluency preferred
4. A relevant college or seminary degree in education

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Primary responsibility: Minister to 6st – 12th grade students and their families.
2. Lead, organize, and teach with responsibilities for Sunday worship.
3. Organize annual ministry events such as seasonal retreats, family events, etc.
4. Partner with parents to provide resources for parents to disciple their children.
5. Attend weekly staff meetings.
