(maranathavc.org) located Livermore, CA was founded in 2006 with the goal of restoring the New Testament Church. Our main focuses are Prayer, Revival and Missions. We belong to PCA and emphasize the balance between Word and the Holy Spirit. We currently have 450+ members including 75+ youth (middle and high school) members.
We are seeking a full time or part time Youth Pastor. Candidate will work in a team environment toward the goal of making each member a disciple of Jesus. Our ministerial focus is on prayer, being filled with the Holy Spirit, bible study and missions.
Regular programs include Sunday worship, weekday bible studies and small group meetings. Off-site activities include summer retreat, revival meetings, seminars, mission trips, etc.
LOOKING FOR A PASTOR WHO:
· Has Passion to disciple youth members to grow as “men and women of prayer and Holy Spirit.”
· Is devoted to Prayer
· Has a minimum of 3 years of experience with Youth in Korean-American or similar context.
· Has graduated or presently attending seminary
· Is fluent in English and able to understand conversational Korean
