Seattle Onnuri Church – English Ministry (EM) Pastor Position
Seattle Onnuri Church is a community devoted to the Word and prayer, committed to worship, discipleship, and missions.
Our English Ministry (EM) exists to cultivate a community that shares a vision of seeker-sensitive spirituality grounded in the Word, a Spirit-led fellowship through prayer, and a mission-driven life expressed through service.
Position
English Ministry (EM) Pastor
1. Start Date: June 2026 (flexible)
2. Position Type: Part-Time (hours negotiable, up to 50%)
3. Compensation: $3,000 per month (subject to negotiation)
* Detailed job responsibilities and terms will be discussed during the interview
Qualifications
1. Demonstrates a genuine sense of calling and commitment to English Ministry
2. Spirit-led and mission-oriented, with a desire to equip and disciple others for Kingdom living
3. Holds a degree from an accredited seminary or is actively pursuing theological education
4. Proficient in English; ability to communicate in Korean is a plus
5. Works well within a team, respecting church leadership and fostering unity
6. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. citizen or permanent resident)
Key Responsibilities
The EM Pastor will oversee and lead all aspects of the English Ministry, including but not limited to:
1. Prepare and deliver sermons for Sunday EM Worship (1:30 PM)
2. Lead discipleship programs, mission trips, and various ministry activities
3. Develop, guide, and support ministry leaders and volunteers
4. Participate in Sunday morning service(9 or 11am) and staff meetings(Saturday morning)
