VA, is seeking an EM Pastor
with a heart for discipline Youth &
Young Adults as they grow in their faith in Jesus Christ.
Responsbilities
- Lead and oversee Sunday EM service and
Wednesday & Friday night programs
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all ministry
activities
- Teach and facilitate youth & young
adult gatherings and events (average attendance of 15 each)
- Organize and lead special events,
mission trips, camps, retreats, and fellowship opportunities
- Partner with parents to support and
equip them in guiding their children’s spiritual growth
Requirements
The Pastor must have the following qualifications and skills:
· Sound biblical and theological knowledge in Southern Baptist
· Strong organizational and leadership skills and desire to raise disciples
· Effective interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to clearly communicate the gospel of Jesus Christ
· A team player who values church
leadership structure and collaboration
· Prior pastoral ministry experience is a plus
· Ability to communicate in Korean is a plus
