High School Intern Pastoral Position (English Speaking)
Irvine Bethel Church
Located in the beautiful city of Irvine, Southern California, Irvine Bethel Church has been a healthy and growing faith community since 1976, grounded in God’s Word and the work of the Holy Spirit.
Under the Christ-centered preaching and pastoral vision of Senior Pastor Rev. Han-Yo Kim, we are seeking a High School Intern Pastor (English Speaking) to serve alongside our Education Ministry team and help raise the next generation in faith.
We welcome applicants who have a heart for youth ministry, joy in team-based ministry, and a passion for the Kingdom of God.
Position
• High School Ministry – Pastoral Intern (English Speaking)
Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in or a graduate of an accredited seminary
(M.Div or Christian Education preferred)
• A clear calling and passion for high school ministry
• Able to minister fluently in English
• Legally eligible to live and serve in the United States
• Teachable spirit and desire to grow through mentorship and team ministry
Responsibilities
• Assist and help lead Sunday worship services and small groups
• Build relational, pastoral care with students
• Collaborate with pastors, teachers, and volunteers
• Assist in planning and running retreats and special events
