열린문 장로교회 (Open Door Presbyterian Church, ODPC) 는 미국 버지니아 북버지니아(Fairfax County)에 위치한 교회로, 영어 회중(EC)과 한어 회중(KC)이 함께 사역하는 Interdependent congregations 교회입니다. 현재 교육부서에서 다음과 같은 사역자를 기도 가운데 모시고자 합니다.
[사역 분야]
1. Upper Elementary, 4-6학년 사역자 (Kids for Christ Ministry)
2. Lower Elementary, 1-3학년 사역자 (Little Lights Ministry)
※ 각 포지션 전임(Full-time)
※ Title: 목사/전도사/ 디렉터 (Pastor/ JDSN/ Director)
[사역 내용 (Responsibilities)]
1. 그리스도 중심의 성경 교육, 예배, 공동체 사역 인도 (Lead Christ-centered biblical teaching, worship, and community ministry)
2. 어린이 및 가정을 대상으로 한 신앙 형성 및 제자훈련 (Provide faith formation and discipleship for children and their families)
3. 교사 및 봉사자 리더십 개발, 훈련, 팀 사역 운영 (Recruit, equip, and develop teachers and volunteers through team-based ministry)
4. 교회 비전과 미션에 따른 어린이 사역 전반 운영 및 관리 (Oversee and administer all aspects of children’s ministry in alignment with the church’s vision and mission)
[ 지원 자격 (Qualifications)]
1. 신학대학원 졸업자 또는 졸업 예정자 (Seminary graduate or current student)
(M.Div., MAR, MTS, MAC, M.A. in Christian Education/Counseling, or equivalent)
2. 거듭난 그리스도인으로서 예수 그리스도와의 성숙한 관계 (A born-again Christian with a growing and mature relationship with Jesus Christ)
3. 다음 세대에 대한 사랑과 사역에 대한 열정(A genuine love for the next generation and a passion for children’s ministry)
4. 연령에 적합한 교육 및 설교 능력 (Ability to teach and preach effectively in age-appropriate ways)
5. 영어 또는 이중언어(영어/한국어) 사역 가능자 (Ability to minister in English or bilingually (English/Korean))
6. 행정, 조직, 소통 능력 (Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills)
7. 자원봉사자 모집, 훈련, 팀 리더십 역량 (Ability to recruit, equip, and lead volunteer teams)
8. 성경의 권위와 ODPC의 비전 및 미션에 대한 동의 (Commitment to the authority of scripture and alignment with ODPC’s vision and mission)
