Full Gospel Church, founded in 1972 in San Francisco, intercedes for the city and carries out missionary ministries. We are seeking a full-time pastor or part time.
1 Qualifications:
Agreement with the theology and faith of the Assembly of God, USA
Major in Theology or Christian Education
A heart and vision for youth ministry
Understanding of and agreement with a missionary-minded church
2 Responsibilities:
Leading Sunday Youth Worship
Small group and Sunday afternoon activities after the main service
Youth counseling and visitations
retreats and short-term missions
General church administrative assistance
3 Required Documents:
* Resume (with photo)
* Sermon video link
* Personal faith testimony (How you came to believe in Jesus / Your calling as a ministry worker / God’s grace you have received during ministry)
4 Vision and plan for youth ministry
a) Faith training plan for youth (sermon and Sunday afternoon activities)
b) Plan for sex education and perspective on homosexuality based on Christian principles
c) Plan for nurturing faith at home and school
d) Methods and plan for youth missions
5 Compensation:
$7,000/month + (depending on ministry experience)
