1. Description
The purpose of Antioch Presbyterian Church's next generation ministry is to educate the next generation to grow into the image of Jesus Christ by nurturing them with God's word and love through the collaboration of family and church. Under this vision, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Ministry Leader to nurture children's spiritual growth.
시애틀 안디옥 장로교회 다음세대 사역의 목적은 가정과 교회가 협력하여 다음 세대를 하나님의 말씀과 사랑으로 양육하여, 예수 그리스도의 형상으로 자라가도록 교육하는 것입니다. 우리 교회는 이러한 비전아래, 열정적이고 헌신된 마음으로 어린이부서 사역을 이끌어줄 사역자를 찾습니다.
2. Responsibilities (주요역할)
- Plan and lead Bible studies and activities for children / 어린이들을 위한 성경 공부와 활동 계획 및 진행
- Coordinate and train teachers / 교사들 지도 및 훈련
- Plan and lead special events, including VBS, Easter, Holy-Win, Christmas, and other programs. / 특별 행사(여름성경학교 등) 준비 및운영
- Work closely with parents and church leaders / 사역에서 부모 및 교회 지도자와 협력
- Align ministry activities with the church's vision and values / 교회 비전과 가치관에 부합하는 사역 활동
3. Qualifications (지원자격)
- Deep commitment to conservative evangelical faith and children's ministry / 보수적인 기독교 신앙과 어린이 사역에 대한 헌신된 마음
- Experience in children's ministry preferred / 어린이 사역 경험 선호
- Fluency in Korean and English preferred / 영어 및 한국어 의사소통 가능자
· Currently studying or has completed a degree in Christian education, or holds a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree / 정규 신학대학 M.Div. 또는 기독교 교육을 전공했거나 현재 재학중인 자
· A person legally authorized to work in the United States / 미국에서 합법적으로 일 할 수 있는 자
