a full-time English Ministry pastor who will minister
to Korean-American adult congregation.
Job Title: English Ministry Full-time Pastor
Responsibilities
1. Leading the Service: Engage the congregation by delivering insightful sermons grounded in
robust Reformed theology and faithfully administer sacraments such as baptism and communion.
2. Pastoral Care: Offer compassionate pastoral care to individuals and families, nurturing
their spiritual well-being and supporting them through life’s challenges.
3. Congregational Leadership: Work collaboratively with church leaders and committees
to cultivate unity, spiritual growth, and vitality in accordance with biblical
principles, encompassing both the English and Korean-speaking ministries.
4. Discipleship: Foster spiritual growth and discipleship by providing rich educational
opportunities through teaching, small group interactions, and various other
ministry activities.
