Crosslife Christian Fellowship, located in Gardena California, is currently looking for a full-time pastor who will minister to Korean-American congregation that is consisted of young adults and above.
Job Title: English Ministry Pastor
Responsibilities:
- Leading the Service: Deliver engaging sermons rooted in sound reformed theology. Administer sacraments such as baptism and communion.
- Pastoral Care: Provide pastoral care to individuals and families within the congregation.
- Congregational Leadership: Collaborate with church leaders, elders, and committees to discern and implement the vision and mission of the congregation, fostering unity, growth, and spiritual vitality in a biblical way.
- Discipleship: Provide opportunities for spiritual formation, discipleship, and Christian education through teaching, small groups, and other ministries.
Qualifications:
- M.Div Degree
- Reformed Affiliation (our church is affiliated with PCA)
- Teaching & Pastoral Skills
- Ethical Conduct
Salary and Benefits: 50,000-60,000 a year.
