(2) 자격 (Qualifications)
– Currently enrolled or graduated from Seminary.
– Minimum 1 year of Experience in Children’s Ministry or 2 years of experience in serving in Children’s Ministry or Youth Ministry as a volunteer or Sunday School teacher.
– Must have genuine passion for working and teaching children and have patience to nurture their spiritual life.
– Have strong leadership skills in team setting.
– Have ability to organize, build and lead volunteer teams.
– Must be fluent in English.
(3) 사역 내용 (Job Description)
- Prepare and lead Children’s Sunday Service including sermons.
- Develop age-appropriate curriculum for children’s service, small group bible study and discipleship programs
- Plan, Organize and Execute annual VBS and Fall festival with other Church departments.
- Organize Children’s Holiday performances such as Easter, Christmas, etc.
- Attend Pastoral meetings.
- Be good steward of the Church budget.
