Carson, CA Podowon Baptist Church is calling a Full-time EM Youth and EM college and Adults 사역을 함께 담당하실 목회자를 모십니다.
Salary:
$5,000 + gas and phone stipend a month.
Duties:
- Provide spiritual guidance and leadership to the youth ministry
- Plan and organize events, activities, and programs for the youth
- Deliver engaging and relevant sermons or teachings to the youth
- Offer Christian counseling and mentorship to students
- Assist in crisis intervention and management for youth in need
- Educate and communicate Christian values, principles, and teachings to the youth
- Collaborate with other church leaders to coordinate ministry efforts
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with youth in a leadership capacity preferred
- Familiarity with Christian counseling for youth
- Ability to plan and execute events, programs, and activities for youth ministry

3) 2 Letters of Recommendation (1 must be from your current supervisor)
4) Two recent sermons (video/audio files or links)
5) Copy of either M. Div. diploma or Certificate of Ordination
