소개
- 세계전문인선교회(PGM)는 1998년 호성기 목사님(필라안디옥교회)을 중심으로 세워진 디아스포라 선교단체입니다. PGM은 각 지역교회가 선교의 주체가 되어 성도들을 선교사로 훈련시키고 파송하도록 돕는 사역을합니다. 현재30개국에 271명의 PGM 선교사가 파송되어 선교하고 있습니다. PGM 국제본부는 필라델피아에 위치합니다.
사역내용

- 선교와 행사 기획 및 진행
자격
- 선교사 소명의 확신과 복음에 열정이 있으신 분
- 정규 신학대학원에서 M.Div를 졸업하였거나 과정 중에 있으신 분
- 영어와 한어로 선교훈련이 가능하신 분
- 해외 방문이 가능하신 분

Missions Director (Full Time)
Introduction
- Professionals for Global Missions (PGM) is a missions organization that empowers local churches to train, equip, and dispatch their church members as missionaries. Currently, PGM has 271 missionaries from 30 countries. We are looking for a full-time Missions Director who has a heart for evangelism and diaspora missions. We are based in Philadelphia.
Job Description
- Oversee all missions training activities.
- Develop education and training materials.
- Lead and shepherd Missions Training Committee staff and lecturers.
- Visit various churches and mission fields.
- Plan and organize various missions and events.
- Report to the Secretary-General and work closely with all staff members.
Qualifications
- Strong sense of missionary calling and a passion for the Gospel.
- Graduated or scheduled to graduate from an accredited seminary.
- English fluency and Korean is preferable.
- Able to travel domestically and internationally.
