New life Presbyterian church of Arizona is seeking full-time Youth pastor
who can align with the church’s vision statement
and minister to the members of the youth congregation.
-Position
Full-time youth pastor to lead whole EM ministry(M.Div Graduate or higher)
-Qualification
1) Leading Whole Youth Ministry
2) Sunday preaching, leading small groups, and visitations
3) Establishing and leading various committees (welcoming, missions, fellowship)
4) Work closely with pastoral staff and lay leaders
5) Legal to work in the U.S.
6) Fluent in English(bilingual preferred)
7) Understanding of organizational leadership
such as Korean church structure and policy Requirements

3) Philosophy of Ministry(EM Pastor only)
4) Personal Testimony
5) Two pastoral recommendations
